PUXIN family size sewage treatment plant

The system is applied to treat and reuse sewage water for a family house, and is composed of 1-2 biogas septic tanks, 1-3 aerobic tanks, an equalization tank, a reclaimed water storage tank, and a biogas utilization system.
The biogas septic tank has a volume of 2m3 and is made with fiber glass reinforced plastic. The aerobic tank has a volume of 1m3 and is made with fiber glass reinforced plastic also. The biogas utilization system is composed of a desulfurizer, a gas storage bag, a gas pump, a solar charger, a pressure gauge, gas pipeline and a biogas stove. The equalization tank and reclaimed water storage tank are made with rebar reinforced concrete and casted by steel moulds.
The system has the following advantages:
1. Can get high standard reclaimed water for lawn watering and toilet flushing
2. Biogas is collected and used, so no greenhouse gas escape and no smell.
3. Low operating cost(automatic operation, no need of chemicals, no sludge treatment, and near free maintenance)
