Our new model WPC machinery can be used to produce the PE/PP/PVC-wood composites, compared to the first generation WPC machine, we have improved the many performances of this WPC machinery as follow:
1, the special screw design can make the materials mix and plasticize fully and even in the barrel;
2, the humidity control during the mixing processing can reduce the charing phenomenon in the barrel;
3, in terms of the shape of the products, we will advise you to use the best reasonable vacuum calibration table to improve the shaping ratio, and reduce the rejected products;
4, the PLC control system will make the all operation easily, conveniently and accurately, etc.
5, sanding machine and embossing machine will make the products are similar to the true wood more, such as wood veins on the surface;
6, the crusher and miller can recycle the wasted materials and rejected products for reusing,
7, we will provide our customers with the best formula which has being accumulated from our special WPC workshop during the last 10 years.
