The pe/pp washing line is used for washing the dirty PE/PP films and bag,
it consists of the following units:
1), Shredder: crush the big films in bale into scraps, protect the crusher and improve its' working efficiency.
Crusher: the blades are made of SKD-II material, main steel boards of the body has 40mm thickness, wearable and long life.
2), Screw feeder: spiral convey and wash the mateials by friction force from the special design.
3), friction washing machine: there are four friction force for forced washing during the high speed rotating: rotor and films, screen sieve with films, films and films.
4), Float washing tank: keep washing the materials continuously by screws and rollers, subside the dirty substance, float and push out the washed films,
5), Dewatering machine: dewater the films by high rotating speed, there is auto clean device inside for the screen sieves.
6), Drying system: electricity heating, gyration drying device, humidity<3%
7), Control system: ABB inverter, SIEMENS electrical parts, OMRON temp. meter.
