These annealing furnaces are used to bright anneal different non-ferrous and steel materials including copper tube coils, copper strips and plates and steel strips. A typical bell-type bright annealing furnace consists of a furnace base, heating bells, cooling bells, inner covers, a hydraulic pressing mechanism for inner covers and furnace base, a valve stand, a vacuum sucking system, a gas supplying system, hoisting tools and electric control systems, etc.
High convection blowers are used. Their water cooled motors have seals against leaks and can work at two speeds. Their bases have features like high heat intensity, high convection capacity and low internal resistance and therefore can enhance greatly the efficiency of convection of the protective atmosphere.
Advantages of our bell-type bright annealing furnace
Only W shaped flat heating elements are used for the heating bells, which are not easily damaged .
Only silicate cotton is used as the heat insulating material for the heating bells so that the bells are light and easy to handle without damaging the internal materials. By so doing, the heat insulation and hence the heat efficiency of the heating bells are improved and the energy consumption is reduced.
- The stainless nails used for the heating elements of the heating bells are completely insulated from the shells of the bells.
