Brief Introduction of Plant
Wuxi Xishan Electric Furnace Plant is located in Bashi, Xibei Township, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. It was founded in 1982 . It mainly serves non-ferrous fabrication industry with its products including mains frequency induction melting furnaces both with and without cores, medium frequency induction melting furnaces, vacuum induction melting furnaces, and related equipment including horizontal continuous casting units for tubes, bars, strips of copper and its alloys, semi-continuous vertical casting units, upward drawing units for rods of oxygen free copper, bell type annealing furnaces, pot type and chamber type annealing furnaces, stretch levelers for finished strips and heating furnaces for copper bars.

These units are specially used to produce oxygen-free copper materials and are ideal for the production of oxygen-free copper rods for the wire and cable industry owing to the outstanding properties of high conductivity and good drawability of their products.. They can also be used to produce oxygen-free copper pipes and other copper profiles.
The main advantages of our Upward Continuous Casting Line are low investment, high productivity, good product quality, pollution free and easy operation. Different line configurations are available for production capacities ranging from 3,000 tons to 10,000 tons per year with different rod and tube diameters.
