Product Description

Drum drying machine (also known as rotary drum dryer, rotary dryer, etc.) is a kind of heat conduction inside the contact type drying machine. In the process of drying, heat from cylinder wall to the outer wall, through the attached to the cylinder outer wall by dry food materials, the material on the evaporation, water is a kind of continuous dry production machinery.
Main Features
1) High thermal efficiency: Due to the drying machine for heat transfer, heat transfer direction are almost consistent in the whole heat transfer cycle, so the drum in the supply of heat, most of the materials used for moisture evaporation, thermal efficiency is 80% ~ 90%.
2) High drying rate: Wall on the heat transfer and mass transfer process of wet material, from inside to outside, in the same direction, the temperature gradient is bigger, to keep material membrane surface high evaporation strength, generally up to 30 ~ 70 kg / ㎡. (h).
3) Drying quality is stable: Due to the heating way is easy to control, barrel temperature and heat transfer rate of partition can keep relatively stable and dry material film heat transfer conditions, product quality can be guaranteed.
