One. Conveyor system
Conveyor chain design and produce carefully, good sharp, high efficiency. Height of bottle input conveyor is 700mm, Height of bottle output conveyor is 600mm for manual light check. Conveyor chain adopts high quality engineering plastic board, foots, chain guide board and protect shelf all adopt imported 304 stainless steel. Driving motor reductor adopt good product from joint-ventures enterprise. Conveyor chain runs smoothly, easy to install and maintain, long service time.
One. Light check DJ-500
Shell and shelf both adopt imported 304 stainless steel, good external sharp, easy operation.
Two. External washing machine ST-1200
External washing machine specially designed by ourselves with special washing process. Make 5 gallon bottle contact with brush, have a good cleaning effect. It’s used to wash bottle neck, body, bottom and so on. Equipped with cycled water pump, two layer filter net, glass shell etc.
Three. Automatic bottle upload machine QST-1200
Automatic bottle upload machine is cylinder revolving type, it’s the special design of our company. Automatic bottle upload chain are consist of certain board, high precision bottle dividing. Bottle upload board is V sharp, turn bottle steady and exactly. Bottle turning cylinder turn bottles into bottle holder. Exact bottle turning can reduce damage to bottles. Automatic bottle upload structure is new type, long service time.
Two.QGF-1200 inner washing machine
1, Detailed information of washing process refer as 5 gallon washing machine washing process of QGF-1200. Inner washing is cylinder lift insert type washing, spray equably. Barrel inner part washed with pressure water, good cleaning effect. There is one through external washing on every location. Every though with manual adjustment valve. The testing pressure of water is above 0.6kg/cm2.
2, Bottle washing chain adopt high quality 304 stainless steel. 5 gallon with exact location, low damage chain. Easy to install, long service time.
3, Driving power adopt ratchet wheel structure. Cylinder move a circuit, chain drive bottle moving a location. It’s steady.
4, Every bottom of cycled box is funnel shape, easy to drain and washing. Every box installed with adding funnel with two layer filter net. The first layer is 100 items and the second layer is 400 items. Filter net could filter cycled water and adding liquid. Lye box with heater (18KW X 2). The box is two layer, the middle is asbestos heat melt board which make heat temperature be 80C, equipped with low liquid level alarm device and temperature control device. These could adjust and indicate temperature. The top of heating part equipped with air drain device and stainless steel pipe. It drain steam and ensure air direction.
5, There is air blowing device on every washing process used to dry bottles. There are shades between every process that avoid water pollution.
6, QGF-1200 type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process.. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.

Three. Filling, capping machine QGF-1200
1,filling process and structure is special design of our company. High volume filling and ration filling are adopted. Filling valves are all stainless steel with sealing ring direction loop avoid attrition between metal. Valves are controlled by cylinder. They’re steady. Bottles go into machine and then divided by guide pole. Bottles then go into star wheel passed to filling system. When bottles in, journey switch open, filling cylinder goes down and start filling. When finished , filling cylinder goes up and journey switch close. Then bottles go to capping part. There are 12 filling valves in filling part to reach capacity controlled by journey switch to reach the best filling effect.
Cap adopted stainless steel chain to capping.
Four. Light check
Adopt low speed ( still) light check. There is roll conveyor without power. Because bottle output is discontinuous, bottle reach light check is low speed or still. That could get a good effect.
Five. Thermal shrinker ( steam type)(3KW)
Match with conveyor chain. Thermal shrinker adopts professional technology to produce and conveyor chain is stepless speed changeable, make it reach the best shrinking effect.
Six. Equipment total configuration
Adopt stainless steel shell electric control box, computer touch screen control, PLC adopts Japan Mitsubishi Foxn serial; pump all adopt domestic famous brand Nanfang. Motor reductor is from joint-ventures enterprise; frequency converter is Mitsubishi FR serial; contactor relay adopts France TE; pneumatic elements adopts AIRTAG etc.
