Poultry Nipple Drinker System consists of:
1.Front part of drinking system-filter, doser and water meter etc.
2.Water pipe with nipples.
3.Pressure regulator.
4.Water display level pipe.
5.Lifting and suspension system.
(1)Front Part of Drinking System
Front part is controller of water, its main function is to adjust water supply pressure and stabilize drinking volume. This parts is usually installed in control room.
Filter: clean water and avoid nipples block
Water Meter: measure water usage volume
Doser: add medicine exactly and automatically to prevent disease
(2)Water Pipe Installed With Nipple Drinkers
Water pipe uses European technology and is made transparent PVC material.
Every nipple has to pass professional and strict test before delivery.
Two kind nipple: one kind is that outer is engineering plastic and inner is stainless steel; the other kind is that outer and inner are both stainless steel.
Both kind nipples all use double-sealing structure of good seal performance, which avoid water leak. Valve rod is movable in 360 degree, suitable for chicken to drink.

Drip Cup - the single-arm drip cup with a reasonable structure is more suitable for new culture idea.
(3)Pressure Regulator
Double water-inlet-tube and flushing pressure regulator ensure large water flow.
The massive recoil tuner features stable tuning,high dexterity,,sufficient and even liquidity,convenient waterline flushing,and can save water and time.It is equipped with the standard double ball valve,which is easy to change.
(4)Water Display Level Pipe
Use high transparency and impact resistant material, sturdy and durable, and convenient to watch water level.

(5)Lifting and Suspension System Of Broiler Nipple Drinker
It is easy to adjust height of this drinking system in different poultry growth. It is very important to keep a right and appropriate height for poultry in different growth period, too higher or lower height can cause poultry bone distortion, which is bad for poultry growth and waste water.
Maintenance of Poultry Nipple Drinker System:
1.To check the use of nipple drinking water,find possible problems and exclude them.
2.To clean water pipe regularly,according to actual situation,when clean, remember to add 1/300 acetic to enhance washing effect.
To clean water filter regularly, according to the requirements of irrigation water.
3.When it is not in use, the remaining water should be exclude from all parts to prevent fouling.
4.When it is not in use, swing pressure regulator screw until the column height of water display tube is ZERO(0), so that the spring is relaxed,to extend its service life.
5.Suspension system maintenance:to check nylon rope tension level regularly to ensure water suspension
