Belt Type Centrifugal Push-pull Exhaust Fan With CE/BV

Centriful system can open or close the shutter completely  to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume. Once the shutter closed tightly,the sealing can efficiency block light and wind into the hen house.

Material of the fan blade is Krupp stailnless steel, it's specially designed for self-cleaning to ensure high efficiency.Big air volume, no deformation, no breakage, no dust, attractive and durable. Thickness:1.2mm; surface finish quality:BA 

French double-row bearings with special waterproof  are used to prevent the entering of water to ensure its high strength,low noise,long life and easy maintenance.

Belts are high quality Japanese Mitsubishi and we are the first to adopt belt B which is three times longer than belt A .

 Linking parts  are made of aluminium alloy  to ensure light weight  and no deformation, Material of tension spring is 304 stainless steel for long life , no deformation and rust.

Motor plate fixed nuts, first change round type to hexagon type. Stainless steel 

washer, more firmly, never loosen.

Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motorvoltage and 

frequency can be customized.  Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for

 fan, the first put in the phase lack protection device which would power off 

when shortage of electricity. Motor protection 

grade IP55, insulation class F grade.

Fan belt pulley and flange are made of high strength aluminum magnesium 

alloy by die-casting. Light weight, lower vibration.

Motor plate has multiple functions with the use of a unique design. Both 1HP 

and 1.5HP motor are available. The motor pulley and belt pulley in the same 

line in order to reduce the belt wearing and increase belt service life. 

Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, each blade tolerance

 weight controlled within 1g, ensuring the fan smooth running, lower vibration, le-ss noise,stability. Blade material have stainless steel, galvanized sheet, alum-inum alloy for option.
