2 Process of machine yogurt
Commercial yogurt making machine is used to making yogurt from fresh milk or leavening agent. It had 4 steps: standby, fermenting, condensation and cold-storage.
| 1 | Standby. Get ready the yogurt cups and doing sterilization |
| 2 | Fermenting. The yogurt material will be heated up to 39-45°C, and keep in this temperature for about 3-10 hours. The yogurt is done. |
| 3 | Condensation. The yogurt is cooling down to around 18°C. It gets thicker and taste good. |
| 4 | Cold-storage. Keeping the yogurt in 15-18°C |
3. Features of machine yogurt
| 1 | Circulating air goes well, the milkcups everywhere in the machie can get uniform heat/cold. The temperature inside the milk cup is relatively small, and therefore enhance yogurt genuine rate. |
| 2 | Fermentation time is according to the ambient temperature, the initial temperature of milk and the milk storage amount automatic conversion, rather than by the very rough seasons determined. It is more scientific and reasonable, and the operation can be more convenient. |
