Disc cutting machine is a production of refined wood chips special equipment is widely used in textile, paper, pulp, wood-based panel industries in the production process of the preparation section. It is divided into flat spiral disc and two disc types, and there is material on the material under the model. The main raw materials are cutting path after peeling wood, bamboo, wood slab and fuelwood harvesting times more than materials. However, too rough (more than feed more than size) too small (30mm or less) too short (250mm below) too thin (5mm or less) and irregular raw material (non-decomposing stump, branches, etc.) do not fully function with the uniform cutting.
The structure of the woods log chipper machine :
Industrial wood drum chipper is made up of machine body, knife roller, the upper and lower feed roller, conveyor belt, hydraulic system.it adopts high strength steel plate welded together, is the supporting basis of the whole machine.Install two or three, four flying knives in the knife roller. Using the fly-knife bolt specially manufactured to fix these fly-knives on the knife roller through the pressure block. According to different thickness of cutting materials, the upper feed roller can fluctuate within a certain range with the aid of hydraulic system. Qualified wood chips fall down through the sieve holes, and are discharged from the bottom; large wood chips will be cut again within the machine.
Applications of wood chipper :
This high efficient wood chipping machine (wood chipper shredder machine)is integrated with both slicing and shredding, for tree branch of 1-30cm diameter. It's mainly used for pine, miscellaneous wood, poplar, cedarwood and bamboo, and also used for sawdust processing in Edible fungus cultivation base.The wood chipping machine is a specified equipment for producing chips, the chips are widely used in paper making, shaving board,MDF etc.
