Applications:
Flat die pellet mill equipment is an automation equipment,wiith automatic oil -supply device ,which can save a lot maintenance time. All kinds of biomass raw material ,industrial waste It can convert biomass raw material and solid waste into energy fuel with high density.
Working principle and process detail:
1. Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage,screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber.
2. In the forming chamber ,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet,Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.
3. Automatic cutting machine arround the mold ,which can cut pellet automaticly,it can also adjust the length of pellet.
Raw materials:
woodiness, straw, peanut shell, palm nut, coconut shell, cotton seed, bamboo dust, elephant grass, sugar cane, pulp, olive slag, organic manure and so on.
