There are three main sections to make rice bran oil:
rice bran pretreatment section, rice bran oil extraction section and rice bran oil refinery and dewaxing section. The flow chart is as following:
Raw material(rice bran)→magnetic separation→floury product separation→quenching and tempering→puffing(extrusion machine)→drying and cooling→solvent extraction plant→refining plant→high quality product oil

The process of solvent extraction plant
The leaching(extraction) method is to use solvent naphtha (6#) after fully immerse oil meal raw material to high temperature (260 degrees) and extract the oil from seeds meal, after a "technology of six” (degreasing, degumming, dewatering, decoloring, deodorization, deacidification). The biggest characteristic is high oil yield and low production cost, the price is lower than squeezing method.
The extraction(LEACHING) method is widespread used in the market. Because of high oil yield and low production cost, the extraction(leaching) machine is hot sale in the worldwide.
Main parts of rice bran solvent extraction plant
The brief introduce of rice bran oil processing plants:
a.pretreatment plant make the rice bran into pellet for easy and max oil yield.
b.send the pretreated rice bran into solvent extraction plant, use the solvent (normal hexane) to absorb the oil from rice bran, and then the machines separate the solvent from the oil, the solvent used for recycling and the crude rice bran oil goes into refining plant. After extraction, the resid oil in rice bran can be lower than 0.8%.
c.crude rice bran oil refining and dewaxing for high quality oil.
