1. INTENDED USE

The N.K.Biotech Tetracycline Rapid Test is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of most common Tetracyclines Residues in meat tissues. The total assay time takes approx.10 min.

2. TEST PROCEDURE

Read the entire procedure carefully before performing any tests.

1. Remove Tetracyclines Rapid Test from sealed pouch.

2. Suck prepared sample, hold the dropper vertically and drop 3 full drops to the specimen well (S) of the test device (See the illustration upper right.) and then start the timer.

3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3~5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5minutes.

4. STORAGE AND STABILITY

Store at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months.

5. SPECIFICITY

It is positive when test Chlorotetracycline at 60μg/kg, Oxytetracycline at 300 μg/kg and deoxytetracycline at 500μg/kg.
