1. INTENDED USE

The Salbutamol rapid test is used to qualitatively (or quantitively)detect Salbutamol Residues in animals’ urine. The total assay time takes 3 min.

2. SAMPLE PREPARATIONS

 No Sample Preparations, It is ready-to-use test.

3. TEST PROCEDURE

1. Remove Salbutamol Rapid Test from sealed pouch.

2. Suck at least 3 drops of animal urine, hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. (See the illustration below)

3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.

Store at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months.

5. SPECIFICITY

It shows negative results if use the Salbutamol Rapid Test Kit to detect standard of Clenbuterol(100 ng/mL) and Ractopamine(100 ng/mL).

No cross-reaction with Chloramphenicol, Streptomycin, Tetracyclines, and Sulfanomides and etc.
