2016 Latest gypsum board production line

(1) Ordinary gypsum board: It is grey paper-surface, common and economic building materials. It is suitable for the common place and the relative humidity is lower than 65%. Many people will choose the 9.5 mm thickness gypsum board for its low price as the ceilings and partition. But we recommend that you use 12mm more to avoid the distortion and cracking.

(2)Water resistant gypsum board: Both the gypsum powder and paper are added some waterproofing agent and meet the national standard. The water resistant gypsum board is suitable for the place where the relative humidity is not higher than 95%, such as washing room, bath room and so on.

(3)Fire resistant gypsum board: Refractories and lots of fiberglass are added in the gypsum board. High quality of fire resistant gypsum board will use alkali-free glass fiber,common quality plasterboard will use the middle alkali glass fiber or high-alkali glass fiber. 

Application

the gypsum board is often used in the Ceiling decoration. It is also a very good light walling material. In foreign countries, it is often used as walling material more than ceiling.
