Factory supply ZG-series vertical stainless steel water storage tank
Usage:
This equipment is suitable for pharmaceutical ,foodstuff and chemical industry as well as dairy etc materials storage and transit .
Structure feature :
1.This equipment is divided into vertical and horizontal two types.
2.The tanks equipment with quickopening manhole,thermometer,level gauge,sight glasses ,breath hole ,liquid inlet hole.liquid outlet hole,CIP washing hole etc .
3.The tank inside and outside surface precision polishing processing,in line with pharmaceutical and food hygiene standard.
Stainless steel storage tank consists of liquid level meter(non-contact ultrasound, static pressure transmitter type or tube type), air breathing apparatus, steam sterilization mouth, thermometer(digital display type or dial type), CIP universal cleaning device, lamphole sight glass, a number of liquid inlets and outlets, manhole etc. Interface use the international ISO standard universal quick chucking type, Inner container is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L. Reasonable design, advanced technology and automatic control, meet the GMP standard.
Characteristers:
- Stainless steel storage tanks have strong rotproofness, it can resist corrosion by air and residual chlorine in water. They all being tested on pressure before leave factory, with service life over 100 years under normal pressure.
- Stainless steel storage tanks have good leakproofness, which prevent harmful substance and mosquito enter the tanks, so make sure the water will not be polluted.
- Scientific flow design can guarantee the natural layering between domestic water and fire demand. This design can improve facilities’ performance of domestic water and fire demand.
- Stainless steel storage tanks do not need clean frequently, precipitate in water can be discharged through blow-down valve. It can lower cleaning fee and completely avoid pollution by bacterial virus of human body.
Operation key point :
1.General storage equipment operation is simple ,open the feed valve when feeding,let the fluid into the tank ,through the flow meter and liquid level gauge to determine and control the feed rate;Open the discharge value for discharge ,also ,through the flow meter and liquid level gauge to determine and control the discharge rare.
2.To different fluid property,its configuration also has difference ,such as alcohol storage tank is equipped with temperature and pressure gauge ,safety valve and flame arrester,in order to ensure safety.
3.When the tank need be clean ,can be automatically cleaned by the cleaning ball.Operators to enter the tank ,roof manhole can be conveniently .
