wood carbonization furnace for charcoal with high quality
Intoduction:
The Carbonization stove (gas flow type),which this furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption.
It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio (increaced from about 88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
Many years’ production practice proves that brick kiln can do the same work and has many advantages, so we support brick kiln too.
It adopts to recollect the more smoke from carbonization stove for fire again ,or the smoke is supplied for the dryer for the fuel ,so it has not smoke for protecting the environmental!
Characteristics of Carbonization Stove:
1.This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.
2.Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.
3.It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.
4.Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
5.Carbonization time is 3-4 days.
6.The furnace use 6mm steel plate.
