Product Features:
1. Mainly is used for crimping communication terminals on PH,XH,EH,ZH color flat ribbon cables,
terminal on SCN, SM, VH, DUPONT ribbon cables.
2. Automatic production ensures the fixed length cutting,precise splitting stripping,balanced
crimping,making the wiring harness terminal crimping neat, good consistency and quality of
the products is very stable.
3. The machine adopts imported servo motor drive, regardless of how much the quantity of
cable harness, terminal precise pressure control, to ensure that the wire harness, cable guide
positioning performance through more accurate truly achieve the effect of stability, precision,
high speed, low noise.
4. Fully automated production,saving human labor: from feeding flat ribbon cable for fixed length
cutting, stripping and separating, crimp double (single) terminals, all the process is finished
automatically without manual participation.
5. High efficiency : the pressure of the 15K terminal per hour, the device can work 24hours.
6. Electric adjust blade, length, wire separated length, stripping length and etd, easy operation, stable, high efficient.
