Introduction
Carbonization furnace is used for charring biomass briquette into smokeless charcoal briquette.This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs little heat consumption.Energy that comes from firewood or gas heating.
Reasons why it is no pollution
1. Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoke through the purification system will become water vapor,and it will not pollute the air.
2. Durning the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke (can be burning). The smoke will return to the furnace, through the tubes for purifying, after purification, the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.

Type of Raw materials :
Any kinds wood wastes ,wood logs ,bamboos, nut shells, rice husk and so on.
moisture requires:15%-30%
Briquette diameter:
Nearby 50~80mm,50mm is most popular size,similar size is ok.
Environmental:
Totally no pollution, no smoke comes out to the air
Energy consumption:
20-30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas. This type will save 30% of cost
Final product:
Wood, its caloric value is 6000-6500 kcal
Wood briquettes, its caloric value is 6500-7500 kcal
Nutshell, its caloric value is 7000-8000 kcal
