General Introduction:
This machine is the 3-roller machine symmetrical rolling machine for rolling plates into cyliners. Upper roller can travel in vertical direction. The lower rollers are driven through the motor and speed reducing motor. The height of lower rollers is fixed, it is convenient for feeding plates.
This machine is widely used in the fields of boilers, ship manufacturering,petrols and so on.
Structures:
a. major elements
1. rollers:the most important part of the machine, it is made of carbon steel.
2. frame:there are two frames in both sides, the bottom is fixed on the seat by nuts and they are connected through a connecting shaft to keep in the right position. The guide screw connects the worm wheel and the actions of upper roller is driven by this part.
3. gear box: ZSY/BW/WDH standard types are adopted.
4. balance elemetn:it is in the major speed reducer side, it is used to keep the balance of upper roller when unloadeing the plate.
5. underpan:it is made up of channel steel and plate, frames, gear box, motors and so on are all fixed on it.
6. Electrics:it is made up of operation box and motors.
b. Transimission Element
1. Major transmission: bottom rollers are the major ones, they are driven by the speed reducer and gear box.
2. Assitant transmission:the movement of upper roller is driven by the assitant ncavo-convex clutch is fixed on the transmission shaft. It is used to adjust the parallel degree between upper and bottom rollers.
