This machine structure pattern three roller Asymmetric , on the main drive roller , lower roller moving vertically in order to clamp plate , and roll through the next gear and the roller gear mesh as well as a main drive ; side for tilt -and-down roller With pre- bending and rolling a double feature . Compact structure, easy operation and maintenance .
Structures
a. major elements
1. rollers:the most important part of the 3 roller bending machine machine , it is made of carbon steel.
2. frame:there are two frames in both sides, the bottom is fixed on the seat by nuts and they are connected through a connecting shaft to keep in the right position. The guide screw connects the worm wheel and the actions of upper roller is driven by this part.
3. gear box: ZSY/BW/WDH standard types are adopted.
4. balance elemetn:it is in the major speed reducer side, it is used to keep the balance of upper roller when unloadeing the plate.
5. underpan:it is made up of channel steel and plate, frames, gear box, motors and so on are all fixed on it.
6. Electrics:it is made up of operation box and motors.
b. Transimission Element
The shaft of up and down install in the frame,the bears on both sides used the spherical roller bearing.The main shaft is fixed.
The two down rollers aligning by the spherical roller bearing, fixed in the mobile rack which can do the arc movement along the central axis.And by the both sides of the roller lift cylinder to drive its arc movement.
The upper roller and two down rollers are all main drive roller.Through the hydraulic motor ,gears,chain to drive the main axis and side axis to do the movement of rotary.The unique synchronization mechanism to make the up and down roller have the same line speed when roll the different material plate.
The brake device for the rotary to ensure the accurate position of the workpiece bending volume and pre-bending.The whole machine has the sufficient strength and stiffness,the main parts of the force use the keys and pins to connect,easy to installation and maintenance.
