This type jaw crusher series are mainly used for crushing various materials with compression strength less than 320 MPa. The kinds of prodcuts have a feature of big crushing ratio, uniform end product size, simple construction, reliable operation, easy maintenance, low operating cost and so on.It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction material, highway, railway, water conservancy , chemical industries and so on.
Working principle:
Motor drives eccentric axis to rotate through belt pulley, makes movable jaw approach periodically, leaves fixed jaw. Thereby materials are squeezed, rubbed, crushed etc. In order to discharge materials from the discharge gate, this action will make the materials become smaller and fall down.
Our company has developed more than 10 types of crushers, such as jaw crusher, vertical shaft crusher and impact crusher. Capacities are from 0.6t/h to 450t/h. All different kinds of coarse, medium and fine crushers are suitable for materials feeding sizes between 45-500mm and product sizes to be 3-40mm. They have been widely selected by building materials, mining, power supply, chemicals and other industries.
