PCKW Series Reversible Hammer Crusher
Introduction:
The series product is a new type product belonging to Hammer Crusher. It is called as Reversible Nograte
Hammer Crusher because it is reversible without grate. It solves the problem of crusher being b
locked by wet material, improves hammer utilization ratio, reduces frequency of hammer change and
ensures uniform granularity of discharged material.
The series crusher can be used as a primary equipment for finely crushing medium-hard brittle material such as coking coal, small limestone, gypsum, alum, brick, tile, etc.

This product has the feature of big feeding size: can from 80-150 mm, small grain-size, high yield, finished product ratio can reach more than 90% under 5mm, uniform grain type, high
production capacity, reversible operation, adjustable plate, simply process, simple structure, convenient
maintenance, stable operation is the major feature of this series of crusher

Work Principle Of Reversible Crusher:
Reversible Impact Hammer Crusher Materials enter crushing chamber from feeding hopper, and are
impacted to wear-resisting toothed plates on inlet by high speed hammers, this is the first crushing process. Crushed
materials with almost the same size enter the main crushing chamber for second crushing. Materials
from main crushing chamber are impacted between toothed plates and hammers for many times, and
discharged from the outlet. Final product size can be controlled by adjusting space between rotor and
impact plates
