Introduction
The machine is equipped with: biomass gasifier, flue gas purifier, fan, since the gas burner, charring furnace and other equipment.
Fully utilizes the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen produced in the carbonization process, separates the wood tar and the wood acid liquid through the flue gas purification system to obtain the pure combustible gas, fully combusts through the self-distribution wind burner, Heating (the temperature is generally controlled at about 600 ℃). Carbonized pipes are used for carbonization of materials at high temperature, and combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen are decomposed. The pipelines are heated by reclaiming pipes, flue gas cleaning systems and burners to achieve the effect of carbonization by reciprocating circulation. The primary carbonization ignition source is supplied by a biomass gasifier.
