1/Firstly we should prepare the timber to at least 50cm length ,8cm width ,and 3.5cm thickness,then use NO.1 (Model LG-1) Timber Slicer to process .
2/The finished chopsticks is usually with the specification:φ5.5mm,length 240mm.
3/The above machines make the whole producing line :Capacity:170,000pcs/8h for making round ice cream sticks,need 4-5 workers.
Power:380V industry electric .electric consumption about 10 degrees /h
4/Generally speaking,1 cubic meter timber can produce 55,000pars chopsticks (Φ5.0mm,200mm)
5/Our machines can use the leftover materials from Wooden furniture factory and Wooden crafts factory or undersized tree to produce different specification round chopsticks .
1.If you want to make 1 size ice cream round stick:
You need 5 sets machine:LG-1,LG-2,LG-3,LG-4,LG-6
2.If you want to make 2 size ice cream round stick:
You need 8 sets machine:LG-1*2,LG-2*2,LG-3*2,LG-4,LG-6
3.If you want to make round chopsticks and round barbecue skewers
You need 9 sets machine:LG-1*2,LG-2*2,LG-3*2,LG-4,LG-5,LG-6
