Biomass agro charcoal briquettes press making machine to make BBQ charcoal
1.The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
6. Complete charcoal production lines include crusher, drier, charcoal briquette machine, carbonization furnace.

(1)Introduction of biomass agro charcoal machine

(1)Structure of charcoal briquette carbonize stove: Outer stove, inner stove, and fume extraction tube
Outer stove: it includes heating room, furnace body and heat-keeping layer Inner stove: The raw materials the resistance thermal steel plant and sealing cover.
Fume extraction tube: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke (can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube----gas flow carbonization stove.
