Making Biomass Pellets Bamboo Pellet Mill
This bamboo pellet mill are used to produce biomass fuel pellets from all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, EFB, PKS, corn cobs, newspaper, alfalfa etc. And the biomass pellets can be applicable in indstrial boiler, power plant, animal bedding, pellet stove etc.

Features of bamboo pellet mill
1) The main drive adopts high precision GEAR DRIVING and the capacity is increased by 20% than belt drive.
2) Super quality IMPORTED bearing and oil seal to ensure high efficiency, stability and low noise.
3) The pelletizing chamber is equipped with air draft COOLING SYSTEM to ensure the capacity of pellets.
4) The variable-frequency and variable-speed MOTOR is adopted to ensure the quality of the pellet.
5) It’s optical of bore diameter of ring die that is made of ALLOY STEEL to ensure long life, so to save cost of replacement.
6) Advance compensatory S-SHAPE spring coupling with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low noise and fault.
7) The machine can be made to semi-automatic oil lubricating system or fully automatic oil-lubricationg system, according to your request.
