Main Machine Of Sawdust Pellet Production Line
Various materials can be mixed together to make biomass pellets such as agricultural / harvest residues like Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB), Oil Palm Fronds (OPF), Rice husk, Straws, Bagasse.
The pellet diameter can be: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
The pellet length: 20-50mm adjustable
The pellet application: for boiler, power plant, pellet stove, pellet burner, animal bedding etc..
Sawdust pellet production line is shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.

1. What is the capacity of sawdust pellet production line?
We have different capacity of flat die wood pellet machine: 100kg-1000kg per hour.
2. Do you supply the whole production line? And the capacity of the production line?
Yes, we can supply the production line. The capacity of the production line can be ranged from 100-150kg/h, 200-300kg/h,400-600kg/h, 800-1000kg/h.
3. What is the material of the flat die mould and roller?
They use alloy steel material because of its high hardness and long using life to make wood pellets.
4. Can you modify the voltage to meets our requirements?
Yes, we can modify the voltage, but the voltage must be 3 phase.
5. Are you trading company or factory?
