The cotton stalk crusher is usually used for processing different materials such as pine, miscellaneous wood, poplar, fir, branches, thatch, straw and etc. It is widely applied in variety of industries including papermaking, high-density board, fiberboard, chipboard and wood particle board processing, edible fungi cultivation, wood pellet making, boilers and gas stoves combustion. Materials are cut by high speed rotating alloy steel blade, then enter the crushing chamber to be shred by special hammer and friction among materials. The sieve pores can be adjusted to get different particle sizes based on customers demands.

1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
