Sterilizer capacity often decided based on compost bag size and basket dimension. As usual, basket capacity:12bags/basket and 16bags/basket. Once confirm basket capacity, the size will be confirmed. When we design the cart, we should consider the compost bag height and basket size. All are confirmed, we will count out the sterilizer capacity according to cart quantity.

     When we decide the sterilizer capacity, we not only consider the farm scale demand, but also consider the loading condition. Please note: 20 foot container:2.35m height and 2.35m width ; 40 foot high container:2.69m height and 2.35m width. In order to load the sterilizer into container, the inner size of sterilizer should be: inner width, 1.65m and inner height: 2.0m. Once above the size, it will be difficult to load into container. Only way to book open-top container, but it will be high freight.
