Normally the ultra-filtration is used to produce mineralized water and spring water. Driven by pressure, it is a process of discharging impurity though different diameter hole on the ultra filtration membrane. At present, the hollow-fiber type of polysulfones and polypropylene are widely used in water treatment industry.
Ultra filtration membrane
In the separation technology of membrane, the filtration membrane whose micro aperture is between 20*10-10m—1000*10-10m is called ultra-filtration membrane(viz. 0.002-0.1u m). general colloidal volume(average) ≥0.1u m, latex≥0.5u m, the volume of bacteria such as coli form, staphylococcus≥0.2u m, particles volume≥5 u m, so the ultra-filtration membrane can filtrate the macromolecules materials such as bacteria, colloid, suspended substance and proteide ect.
RF-UF integrated mineralized water producing unit
The unit consists of stainless steel multi-media filter, active carbon filter,micro filter, titanium rods filter, and hollow-fiber ultra filtration. It effectively discharges large particle impuritles and suspension, softens water,removes additional smell,chlorine, and bacterial virus, improves the taste of water. Its main components and material are imported. All of the equipment are integrated as one so that it is convenient to install and transport. The structure is reasonable and appearance is generous. It can produce both of mineralized water and spring water,and particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises ,group holtels,living area, personal investment venture to establish water-owned stations.
