FAQ
1.What is microwave?
Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic energy with frequencies between 300 MHz and 300 GHz, generated by magnetrons under the combined force of an electric and a magnetic field perpendicular to each other.
2. What is the advantage of microwave equipment compare to traditional equipment?
Traditional is a surface drying and sterilization method, which is not only slow, but also non-uniform with the surfaces, edges and corners of mushrooms or fungus. The imperfect drying and sterilization will cause product rejections, waste energy and extend process time.
Microwave is a direct method of drying and sterilization. Energy is transferred through the material electro-magnetically, not as a thermal heat flux. Therefore, the effect of drying and sterilization is uniformity and process time is short.
1.Commissioning Service:
The price doesn't include install and test cost(When we delivery machine,we will provide detailed information,includes how to install,you can install by yourself).OR 1~2 technician go to your warehouse for 7~10days and the cost will be atbuyer’s account,one person is USD 70/day.
2. Warranty:while delivering machine,we will provide 2 sets spare parts freely.For the whole equipment,warranty is 12months,within 12 months,if have equipment quality problems,we will provide accessories freely. After the expiration of warranty period,if have spare parts problem,we only receive the cost of required replacement parts.We commit we will provide free technical support of equipment all whole life.
3. Pre_shipment Inspection: supplier should make trial run for the whole packing assemble at supplier’s factory before shipment.
4.We reserve the right of technology improvement.
