Soya Lecithin Powder
It is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI). This product is oil-free light yellow powder. It is soluble or dispersible in oil, partly soluble in alcohol. The content of phospholipids is more than 97%.

CSKG-SL 902-2 is recognized as an emulsifier, stabilizer, instant zing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant, and dispersant. It is widely used in food process, medicine, feed additive etc.
Storage : This product should be kept at temperatures not exceeding 35, avoid exposure to light and moisture. The shelf is a minimum of 12 months when stored unopened in the original packaging.
