This machine is a new type of brick machine developed according to the great market potential of paring to other machines,simple structure,easy operatioin and low cost are its biggest strength ,which makes it become a perfect choice for the smaller investors in the less developed areas.
Hydraulic pressure system is adopted to use .the principle is :Acbt-e325 gear pump generated a 20 MPa pressure per square centimetre to drive the hydro-cylinder with a 80mm diameter to move back and forth,and this movement will cause great pressure to the raw material in the molds only to from the brick .what's more,the density of the bricks is much higher than that formed by mechanical wibration machines.
The moulds of this machine is manufactured by high-precision tools,which assures the accurate sizes of bricks ,and the error can be controlled within 0.1mm.therefore,the bricks it produces are all clear in the edges,sleek in lines,and beautiful in shape.the buildings builded with these bricks will have a more obviously three-dimension ,which other traditional products can not match.
In addittion,this machine can produce kinds of blocks with different structures&shapes.the blocks it produces can jointed and interlocked with each other in parallel direction of one line or of fluctuation two lines,what's more ,the wall face is really alright and there is no need to filling the gap woth mortar .when the wall is built with hollow block,it will help restraint the heat.
At present,we have exploited several kinds of models including one machine with one mould and one machie with two moulds and so on.its highest productivity that it can achieve is one mould in 10 seconds,and the max,weight is12kgs per block.
Due to its simple structure,easy operatioin system and convenient maintainance.we believe that this model will have great potential in Africa.
