Warm tips when operating the automatic clay brick machine
1.Adjust the position of core mark in core pin to balance the material feeding speed.
2. The material should be soft when test operation. When clay strips have good shape then gradually adjust the moisture content to make clay strips have appropriate hardness.
3.If clay material could not be extruded the clay brick machine should be checked and maintained.
4.Regularly check clay strip quality to avoid hole deviation and bottom deformation.
