Steamed banana cake flour
Ingredients : rice starch , tapioca starch
INTRUCTION FOR USE :
- Dissolve 340g flour with 510 ml of water absolutely.
- Slice ripe large bananas (2kg), and then add 200g – 230g sugar ( optionally).
- Put the mixture ( flour, bananas, sugar) into the pot and cook and stir until thickened with low heat .
- Pour the cooked mixture into steamer applied oil.
- Heat the steamer of boiling water for 20 minutes (depending on thick or thin cake )
- Steamed banana cakes are used with cooked coconut milk and toasted sesame seeds.
Note: 2 steamers with 24cm in diameter by 1 package of 340g flour
