Introduction:
In order to solve the polarization problem of three-dimensional surface , our company successfully developed BXDL-2018Q processor low-temperature plasma machine(corona treator).
As the energy of low-temperature plasma is greater than polymer bond material ,it can fully destroy the chemical bonds in organic molecules to form a new bond, but far below the high-energy radioactive rays. Therefore, only related to the surface, without affecting the overall performance of the material. By low temperature plasma-treated surface, while after the physical and chemical reactions, to surface roughness (the naked eye can not see, does not affect the appearance) and the formation of charged groups, greatly improving the ink, adhesives and adhesive strength of the surface . Effective solution to marking, coating, spraying and printing problems, which make our products more competitive in the market .

Cautions:
1.Please distinguish us with our logo 'REPHALE" for every picture of our machine.Customer can contact us by mail to ask for big and clear pictures to distinguish us from the orther false trading companies.

4.All of the machines we are selling and producing are all with one year waranty EXCEPT the wearing parts and electric parts.If customer need special electric parts like Simons or have different voltage,HZ and phases (China is 380V,650HZ,3phases)please indicate before set the order.
5.If machine is small machine ,we will send by air ,the air freight will be calculated through alibaba directly or we will find an agent if customer trust us .The freight will not be negotiated
6.The machine with big electric motor can not be sent by air .We will send by sea,the freight will be quoted through shipping company,the sea freight will not be negotiable.
7.The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert packing company .
8.The price here marked is EXW Price. But some of price have a small mistake because some new staff dosen't know the exact price and present discount to customer.The freight modle is just for general references,the real cost will be calculated by the air cargo company .Customer also can look for the forwarder to fetch the machine from us .
