E-1 STRUCTURE:4 furnaces,6 passes.

1,E-1 boiler is suitable for wood pellet,auxiliary fuel:wood mass,coal pieces,etc.
2,Heating efficiency:91.15%.(E-2 structure:3 furnace,4 passes).
3,Dust will be falled into inside ash bin automatcilly,nothing of the dust.
4,High temperature burning(900C-1005C),low outflow smoke temperature(107C-113C).
(E-2:high temp(900C-1005C),low temp(110c-125C)).
5,Feeding one time for 5-10 hours working(according to boiler model).
6,Fine appearance,beautiful,bright colours.
7,Two years’ trouble-free operation.
8,PLC control system for adjustment of burning speed,flame.Reduce the noise.
9,Operation cost analysis:normal boiler,RMB100,our boiler is only need RMB50.
10,Simple maintainance,don’t need to clean every day.Slagging/3days,clean ash/1-2 years.
11,Electric ignite,automatic device for saving the little fire,don’t need to ignite once again.
Remark:Straw pellet has sugar in it,it is easy to coke in high temperature.We have use the special burning technology,let the coking parts easy to move and ensure the burning fully.
