                Hericium

Features:

Hericium is the traditional Chinese famous dishes, tender meat, taste sweet and delicious. It's similar to the head of the monkey, so we called it hericium. The pileus of hericium is massive, half a spherical or head shape, 5 to 15 cm in diameter, no branch (this is the difference from the false hericium). Fresh hericium is white, dry one is brown or light brown. Fruit body's base is narrow and has short stem, wild hericium is often born in pairs.
