Summary: This machine can be used in Chinese traditional medicine, foodstuff and chemical industry etc. to extract Chinese herbal medicines under normal pressure by means of water boiling, controlled temperature water immersing and recurrent percolation etc. In addition, it serves for the recovery of volatile oil and organic solvent etc.
Structure: This machine is mainly applied to microwave extraction. There is an interlayer steam heating device installed on its under-part; however there is no interlayer device for WTD0.3 and WTD0.5. Its upside interlayer can be connected with cooling water in order to make temperature reduce quickly, control temperature transfer and retain constant temperature. Besides, its former extraction equipment and assistant facilities are kept.
(1) Operation Control: There are two kinds of feeding methods to be operated. Among them, pneumatic control feeding is optional, and all of valve switches are manual control like auto-locking of dregs removal door. The second is electronic-controlled touch screen on-off, as well as dregs removal, auto-locking mechanism and electric valve etc. (2) Microwave Extraction: There are two kinds of operation controls. The first is button operation, which is optional. The second is touch screen operation. (3) The whole set of equipment is installed on a steel platform. The first layer is used to discharge dregs of decoction; the second layer is used for power distribution of microwave components, and the third layer is used for feed in and other assistant facilities.
Characteristics: Thanks to the features of microwave such as reflection, penetration and absorption, it is most suitable for Chinese herbal medicine water extraction. As water molecules have strong penetrability by the action of microwave, they can permeate the inside of materials quickly; extract physiologically active substance from medicines and cells, and balance the effective elements of materials and solvents rapidly. The whole extraction course spends only 1.5 hours. Solvent amount is set 1:4. Medicinal decoction has high density. It spends a little time in condensing and shaping of ointment with a result of high rate for ointment receiving. The extraction cost of 100kg raw medicinal materials is lower about 20-30% than normal extraction.

(Note: As for WTD0.3 (Cube) and WTD0.5 (Cube), there is no steam heating device. The other specifications can be heated by microwave and steam to the boiling point at the same time, and then they can be extracted by microwave energy under the condition of constant temperature. This equipment can increase 30% working efficiency. )
