Taking the steam or oil as the heat source. The heated area is big. The heat efficiency is high. Heating is uniform.
The drying speed and rate is big. The heat transmission for the wet materials on the roller wall is from the inside to the outside and uniform. The temperature gradient is big so as to make that the film surface keeps the stronger evaporation strength.
The drying time is short, about 10 - 15s. The machine is suitable for those heat sensitive materials.
The operation is simple. And maintenance is easy.
