What is description of our New Design polystyrene foam block machinery ?
A. EPS pre-expander
make eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) become big and light foam beads through steam heating. With PLC English touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating to eject foam beads.
B. EPS block molding machine
make eps foam beads to become big foam board through steam heating and wind cooling. With PLC English touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating, wind cooling, mould opening, mould closing and ejecting the foam boards.

3.Adopt high-precision imported pneumatic control valve so that temperature can be controlled at ±1%, EPS grains are at same level with low water content.
4.Correct feeding method can assure even density.
