Main equipment
1. Pulping system
Pulper, 1.0M3,15kw;
vibration screen, 0.9M2,3kw;
mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc
2. Forming system
Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen.
Platen size:1100x470mm,4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.
Forming efficiency:5-6cycles/min;
Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:20080x2650x3600mm;
Single layer conveying chain;heated by section;multi burners;
Six layers drying line, energy saving and saving place
The temperature of each section can be adjusted independently;burners with French or Italian brand;
The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.
4. Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
Main introduction
1.Production line occupation: about 550M2 .Requirement for the workshop: height≥ 4.5M Width≥ 12M length≥ 45 M
2.Total power for the production line: 120kw
3.Workforce for the production line: 6-8 people/shift
4.Main parts adopted are with international brand which are reliable in quality and convenient in after sales service. And engergy saving is the most distinctive feature of SH equipments compared with congener equipments internationally.
5.All the water are recycled used in the production and the raw materials is waste paper, so the water should be changed in certain time. For the countries that lack of water, a water purifying system is recommended.
6.The supplier will be responsible for the instuction in installation, test running and training.warranty: one year since finishing the installation for free.
