Concrete batching plant use Belt conveyor to feed aggregate. It equip with aggregate storage waiting hopper above the mixer, thus greatly improve the whole productivity.
Capacity range from 60m3/h, 90m3/h, 120m3/h, 180m3/h, 2400m3/h for single mixing system.
Belt conveyor concrete batching plant is widely used in ready mixed concrete plant, Road, railway, hydropower, airport, civil construction and precast so on.
HZS60 concrete batching plant consist of aggregate batching system, belt conveyor, concrete mixer, cement/water/additive weighing system, aggregate waiting hopper, control system, monitor system, screw conveyor and cement silo(optional)
HZS60 concrete batching plant have wide range of production capacity from 60m3/h-240m3/h for single mixer. It can also reach double productivity for double mixer on the same chassis. It adopt belt conveyor to feed aggregate and set aggregate waiting hopper above the mixer, thus it storage one batch aggregate above the mixer and reduce delivery time, greatly raise production efficiency. With optimized design, it is easy for installation and relocation. With diversify combination, it can suit for site layout in different circumstances.
