Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluid
Product Description:
SKAN Corlan 103 is widespread and emulsified cutting fluid with high quality and long service life. Especially it's suitable for processing the non-ferrous metal. It can protecting the surface of non-ferrous metal from light spot and corrosion.
Product Performance:
Excellent anti-rust property and processing performance;
Perfect corrosion resistance and unchange color property;
Good biological stability, not easy to go bad;
Good lubricant, wetting and cooling;
Improving the surface finish and extend the serice life;
Does not contain nitrite and phenol.
Product Application:
SKAN Corlan 103 applies to processing many kinds of non-ferrous metal like aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and so on.
It's suitable for turning, milling, a hole, tapping screw, broaching, and so on.
Also for balck metal's general procession.
Small barrel:18L(15KG);
Big barrel:200L(170KG). ;
A 20ft container can load 80 big barrels.
