Volatile rate of one year less than 5%
Mineral oil with high flash point, low viscosity. It adopts deeply refined paraffin base oil. It can used as insulating liquid for the process of EDM. The product can meet the requirements of insulation and discharge.
High machining precision：
It has good dielectricity and cooling property to control the discharge.Due to the low viscosity, it can flow freely in the discharge gap. It's good for solid particle to remove quickly. The color of product is light, so the work visibility is high.
Improve the working condition：
Low volatility, no irritant smell. So it can give customers a comfortable work condition.Improve the production efficiency：
Perfect filter characteristics and antioxidant capacity, it can improve the working efficiency and reduce the downtime due to changing the filter and oil.
Long service life：
When compared with kerosene insulating liquid, it has super strong antioxidant properties. And it has both high flash point and low volatility, so it can reduce the fire risk.
It's used as insulation fluid for machining finish machining discharge (electric erosion).
It's suitable for the process of EDM between cutting tools and mould manufacturing workshop.It can also adopts the electronic equipment, extrusion forming aircraft parts, hardware fasteners, silver, cutlery, tableware, jewelry, all kinds of equipment, valve and regulator.
When machined by EDM,discharge should completely submerged in the insulation fluid.(If the workpiece will not completely submerged,the aluminum product may cause fire even explosion.)
It can be used as the grinding fluid of glass.
