A:Yes, certainly! OEM service is our main business.
2.Q:How about the preferred formats?
A:2D draft drawing with your concept; 2D drawing: DXF,DWG, PDF,etc; 3D drawing:STP,IGES,STL,X-T, IGS , STP etc
3.Q: Would you put up suggestions in case the customer’s drawing & design is not so rational or professional?
A:Surely we must point it out if there is. Our technicians check the drawing file at the very first time when we get it from customer.
4.Q: How to confirm the order with you?
A:The steps are very easy. Firstly,a drawing file is needed for reference,then the quotation will be given as soon as possible.Payment terms, lead time and other items would be negotiated followed,after that the order can be confirmed completely to go ahead to production
5.Q: What’s your Payment Terms?
A:The most common payment terms is : 50% T/T deposit when order confirmed, 50% balance payment before delivery. Small amount for sample order and prototypings, we suggest to pay 100% in advance, so it can save the unnecessary bank charge for both of us. T/T,West union, L/C are accepted.
