Custom silicone moulds for vacuum casting rapid prototypes
Slilicone mould vacuum casting process:
1 Make a prototype by CNC machining.
2 Polish and clear the edge,then splicing
3 Make a case,put the prototype into a case,then take the case into vacuum machine,then inject
rubber into the case
4 Waiting silicone for concretion
5 Open the silicone mold after concretion.
6 Take out the prototype,close the silicone mold,then inject products material what you want into
silicone mold,
7 Take the silicone mold into drying machines,then waiting product for concretion for 3 hours
8 Open the silicone mold,then take out the products,finally,clear the edge.
