Features:
This oven consist of two big parts, oven(left in picture) and microwave power source(right in picture). We can supply 5kW, 20kW, 30kW and 75kW microwave power sources for 915MHz and use these microwave generators to be able accordingly to form industrial microwave oven of same power.
It is widely used in microwave heating, drying, de-hydrating and sterilizing for various dielectric materials processing both in laboratories and small production.
Larger cavity and opening size specially suit for handling large size and high moisture content materials.
CAD cavity designed with a special mode stirrer makes the well microwave energy distribution and heating uniformity.
The microwave transmitting system ensures power coupling and stable operation.
PTC Heating offers high efficiency drying.
Advanced controlling and interlock system insure stable and reliable operation.
